Warranty Policy: “1 to 1 replacement within 7 days”

(Note: this policy only applies to Premium & Mega trash bins.)

Duration: within 07 business days, from the date Product is delivered, any defective item will be replaced with a new one free of charge.

Accepted defects: press top lid (for touch bins) or stepping pedal (for pedal bins) is deformed, broken, or nonfunctioning.

Maintenance Policy: “Lifetime Maintenance”

Duration: After warranty period (07 business days after date of purchase), if there’s any defect or damage occurred while using, we offer free consultation and support. Fitis may replace or repair the Product with either a new or reconditioned Product with a fee that is calculated based on its condition. The fee will be informed prior to the maintenance process.

Defective Product must be sent to our Showroom/Maintenance Center. Shipping fees are paid by Fitis (within 07 business days of purchase) or by customer (over 07 business days of purchase).
